We give ethical, practical counselling to people from all walks of life, training and resourcing others to do the same.

 

Our principal counsellors - Lynn Farr and Tanya Orr - are known throughout the industry for their 30 years' experience in health care here in Northern Ireland. All of our counsellors are professionally trained, receive regular supervision and are accredited or working towards full accreditation.

For everyone:

We offer counselling for individuals, couples or groups on a number of personal and interpersonal issues. We provide a safe place for people to explore and find help with their problems, helping them make their own choices.

For other counsellors and those in helping professions:

We offer personal therapy, individual or group supervision, training and experiential workshops to both counsellors and agencies. Restore also hosts a number of conferences spanning many areas of professional practice. We also have a placement scheme for trainee counsellors.

Codes of Conduct

All of our counsellors and supervisors abide by the code of ethics and good practice of both The Association of Christian Counsellors and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
